We are a small, friendly business dedicated to creating and producing quality products to encourage positive development in children. Our offices and workshop are situated in the Kent countryside.

We have been established for over five years developing our Encourage & Praise™ range of reward charts assisting parents, carers and professionals to help encourage positive development in children.

Alongside our generic range of charts available through our website, we have become increasingly successful with our bespoke charts which we create for health and education organisations supporting the Governments various initiatives on positive development in families and their children.

	Friends at the Neonatal Unit, the charity for premature babies at St George’s Hospital in Tooting - a chart supporting the parents within the home upon leaving specialist unit.

When a parent or carer is provided with a reward chart tailored to the specific needs of their child, then this provides a great visual product to support them and to help maintain their routines at home. Our charts also create a positive mindset for children knowing they have achieved their goal. Praising and recognising children's achievements is very motivating and usually results in the child being keen to repeat it and the parent feeling positive about their child's development.
